Axent Construction Uses 3D Technology to Help Homebuyers Envision Their Dream Home
From the get-go, Axent Construction is thinking into the future and already is one step ahead of the game with its “look before you buy” approach, which its clients and customers love.
And by “look,” we mean homebuyers can see for themselves exactly how their new home will look with Axent’s 3D walkthroughs.
“Our company is unique because we are the modern-day builder,” said Christopher Lozano, chief operations officer. “We use all technology like our 3D walkthroughs, and with cost estimates, we’re able to give you a quote within an hour.”
The company’s cost analyses to homebuyers are so detailed, said Michael Paéz, chief financial officer, that they will know the exact cost before they sign on the dotted line.
“Our cost analysis allowed us to put more into square footage of living space so that people get more value for their house,” Paéz said. “Once that process gets done and the house gets appraised, it usually comes in a lot higher than what we’re selling it to the client, so they can turn it around and sell it if they want.”
Although its headquarters is in McAllen, Axent Construction has plans to expand outside of the Rio Grande Valley. “We’re working our way into Corpus Christi and Laredo,” Jack Meeks, chief sales officer, said, adding that the company’s focus is currently on residential and multi-family units,” so we’re going to start getting into the commercial industry.”
Axent’s referral program aiso is hard to beat. “We’re willing to give someone who refers us a $1,000 bonus check,” said Carol Garcia, Regional Sales & Marketing Director for the Coastal Bend and Laredo Area.
