When did you first develop a passion for real estate?
My passion for real estate began when I moved from New Jersey to Dallas, Texas. As a 12-year old child, I watched what happened to our family during that transition. Also when my best friend’s parents started to build a house, I fell in love with the whole real estate process.
Do you have any professional projects planned for the near future?
I am getting ready to study with a program called “At Home with Cultural Diversity.” Since our world is changing and growing so much we need to all understand the differences in everyone’s cultural.
The clients will benefit from the realtors at my office understanding cultural differences and easier for everyone to communicate properly.
Do you have other licenses or certifications?
I received my broker’s license when I was graduating from the University of Texas with my license in interior design. I am able to combine both interior design and real estate. I studied at Clare College in Cambridge, England and in Italy for interior design and immediately got my brokers license.
Continuing education consequently, professional realtors have many certifications. But the ones I am proudest of are my GRI and Green Certification.
What areas of Corpus Christi do you service?
We have centrally located our home office in the Downtown area so we can service all of the Downtown areas in both residential and commercial as well as easy access to Portland, Aransas Pass, Ingleside, Rockport, Port Aransas, North Padre, and Southside.
Tell us about your team of agents.
Right now we have 18 agents. Part of our growth process and the goal is to develop agents with an empowering spirit. We want to raise the bar to be able to staff super professional, well-educated agents in the community with a spirit of service to customers and the community as well.
Both residential and commercial agents, offering a one-stop shop with staging, interior design, and new construction. Currently, we have highly educated realtors with an incredible amount of experience in many facets of the business world.
What do you love most about working in the Coastal Bend community?
Corpus is a wonderful community. It has a lot of growth that is happening right now. I am watching many families that are choosing to stay in Corpus. We have many young families that are moving to our sparkling city by the sea. Another advantage is that the area offers the ability to have some great investments in nightly/weekly rentals that other communities don’t offer.
What is a tip or advice would you give someone buying or selling their home?
The advice I would give someone for buying or selling a home is that this is the largest investment in your life, so this should be taken seriously. You have to hire a professional. We are trying to raise the bar of the real estate community. We want to have empowered well-educated realtors that can really service the Coastal Bend and surrounding areas.
