Kim Erwin has been in the real estate industry for 37 years, and with Keller Williams for eight years.

She currently works at Keller Williams Island Properties on Padre Island. Kim tells us how she first got into the industry, “There was this NFL referee named Pat Mallet. I’m from Nebraska and I was a broker there for 10 years in Nebraska and Iowa. He said, “You know what Kim, I think you should get into real estate.” I didn’t have a clue what any of this stuff was, but it was the best advice ever. So, I did. I went and got my salesperson license, and then got my brokers immediately, because back then you could.”
Dee Dee Cortez
Dee Dee Cortez is a broker associated with Keller Williams Coastal Bend, and she’s been with the company for eight years and in real estate for 35 years.

A Texas Realtor with Keller Williams Coastal Bend, Leo Rios! He tells us, “The services we provide are buying and selling of course. But then also some counseling with people that are doing some things, that they don’t really need to sell it but position themselves in the future to sell to make it more profitable.”
Roger Powers
Roger Powers is a leading agent and works at the Port Aransas office with Keller Williams for the whole Coastal Bend. He joined KW with their office launch in Port Aransas in 2013.

When comes to a purchasing a home there is a process when working with buyers. He explains, “The process starts with me sitting down with buyers to determine their needs and budget. Then we visit the properties that fit their criteria. During this time, I can tell them more about the property or area they want to buy.”
When is come to selling to a home Roger says, “The selling process is about pricing and marketing. I coach them to price it at the ‘sweet spot’ and then I will leverage social media and the KW website along with different platforms to target the right qualified buyer.”
Char Atnip
Char Atnip, a realtor in the business for the past 23 years, is a Texas Realtor with KW Coastal Bend.

Char has a true passion for selling real estate and loves the market in Corpus Christi. We asked her what made the market an ideal spot to purchase a home, “We have a steady market. We don’t have the large housing increases, nor the large decreases. This makes your home a safe investment. Plus, we are one of the most economical coastal communities to live in. It’s a great place to live in and a great town to work in.”
